Effective July 13, 2026. The project-inquiry form prepares an email in your own email application addressed to Flow Work Systems. The website does not transmit the information entered into that form before you choose to send the email.

Inquiry information

If you send the prepared email, it may include your name, email, business, workflow details, tools, desired outcome, service interest, budget range, timeline, diagnostic result, and a relevant URL. Flow Work Systems uses that information to review and respond to your request. It is not sold.

Site measurement

The site records a limited set of aggregate events such as portfolio opens, example-link clicks, diagnostic completions, and email-inquiry openings. It does not use advertising cookies or include the contents of your inquiry in those events.

Retention and requests

Email correspondence is retained as needed for project intake, service administration, and reasonable business records. To request correction or deletion, email flowworksystems@gmail.com.

External services

Links to Notion, Upwork, Contra, Fiverr, and email services are governed by those services’ privacy practices.
