Flow Work Systems is a working portfolio brand operated by Alishia Davis. It provides independent workflow analysis, Notion workspace design, system implementation, controlled AI-workflow integration, documentation, and related advisory services.

Scope, original prices, and current reductions

Basic tiers remain at their established prices. Standard tiers are currently reduced by approximately 20% and Premium tiers by approximately 25%, rounded to whole dollars. Every crossed amount is the bona fide package price previously offered by Flow Work Systems for that same tier and scope, not an assigned component value. Current reduced prices apply to new in-scope orders while displayed and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders. Website descriptions are general information, not a binding quote, guarantee, or professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or licensed advice. Project scope, timing, deliverables, access requirements, revisions, pricing, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Audit, direct-build, and Upwork boundaries

Audit packages review and improve an existing workspace. Unless explicitly listed, they do not include a new CRM, connected operating system, bulk data migration, external automation, ongoing account management, or unlimited cleanup. Direct workflow-build packages create a new or materially redesigned operating path and carry broader scopes. Upwork Project Catalog packages use tighter fixed limits and are governed by the scope, delivery, revision, payment, and platform terms accepted in the active Upwork contract. A reduced Upwork price applies only when that same price appears in the active listing or contract. A page or database counts as one reviewed item, but unusually complex databases may require a revised written scope.

Detailed package guides

Each package PDF explains fit, scope, deliverables, process, client responsibilities, revision limits, exclusions, handoff, and pricing. If a short website summary and the final written agreement differ, the final written agreement controls.

Portfolio and product examples

The portfolio presents original workspace architecture, dashboards, workflows, and specialized operating systems using fictional starter data. Systems labeled QA candidates or prototypes are not represented as completed Marketplace releases, client outcomes, or available purchases. Live Notion links may depend on Notion availability and sharing permissions.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for having authority to share source material, removing unnecessary sensitive information, creating appropriate backups, providing timely access and feedback, and reviewing consequential business decisions. AI-supported outputs remain subject to human review.
